      <image:title>Teen - Why it’s important</image:title>
<image:caption>Teens have access to more information, are exposed to more social influence, and are connected to more people than any other teen in history. Having a safe and accepting space to work through the difficulties of teenage years can change the trajectory of a person's life. These are the years when youth begin to develop their sense of self, while juggling the pressures of society, family, and peer relationships. Therapy can provide a non-biased space for teens to explore these pressures and how to navigate them effectively.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>I am a licensed clinical social worker who lives and works in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. With a BA in Psychology, Communications, and Human Development, and a MA in Social Work, I can confidently say that interpersonal relationships have intrigued me since a young age. This profound interest has led me to become a licensed clinical social worker, where I’m able to sit with others and explore the relationship they have with themselves and others around them. In my work, I pull from many different approaches, depending on the needs of the individual or group of individuals I work with. I weave together Eastern psychological theory and holistic practices to develop self compassion, body awareness, and emotional intelligence. My purpose as a therapist is to provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and families, can explore the deep rooted issues and patterns that make them feel "stuck".</image:caption>

These ruptures can be healed when done the right way, and couples therapy can help the partnership heal and grow together. Trained as an Emotionally Focused Therapist, we will get to the root of what is getting in the way of the deep connection you want to feel with your partner.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Family - Why it’s important</image:title>
<image:caption>We are all born into a family, no matter what the dynamics of that family look like. These familial relationships have an impact and can shape a person's relationships for the rest of their life. The principal goal of family therapy is to re-establish more secure family relationships, where attachment and caregiving responses are effective and emotional bonds are repaired. It moves families into the closeness necessary to promote individual growth and meaningful relationships across generations.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Individual - Why it’s important</image:title>
<image:caption>Creating and maintaining a positive relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you can have. In our work together, we will explore the things that keep you from reaching your fullest potential. We will examine your thought patterns and how they positively and negatively impact different parts of your life. We will explore recurring themes and long standing beliefs that you have about who you are. By doing this, you will have a better understanding of yourself and the ways in which you interact with the world around you, in your relationships, at your work, and with your friends and loved ones.</image:caption>
